If you are looking for other lens options for the 135, my understanding is that there is a 150mm lens that gives great results, and I have one of the old 200mm Nikkors which I love. I had to use two step down rings on the Kiev to get the appropriate size. There is no thread on them so I glued a ring of mousemat to the step ring to create friction fit. It can be a bit clumsy but costs almost nothing.Ħ7mm is the thread of the Nikkor P 75mm lens.ģ6mm is the diameter of the smaller part of the Holga CLS and MLS lenses. The after market close-up and macro lenses for Holga you can put in front of other lenses (I've done it on 5 or so different cameras.)įor the Bronica, I bought a step-down ring to fit the Nikkor P lens' thread and the macro / close-up lens can be taped / Blu-Tacked into it.

I'll be looking forward to seeing how your adaptions look and hearing from you how they handle :) Ive rough plans in my head it should be easy enough Ill be able to use my 180mm and 210 Nikon nikor w lenses on 93mm boards too Ill know for certain when I get my hands on them I think the shortest focal length ill be able to use will be about 100mm Ill modify the front of the bellows to take 60mm square lens boards I have on a load of vintage 120 film and modern 5x4 inch shutter lenses I will post a picture of that giant thing mounted on the camera. I can put it directly onto the camera without the usual focussing helix an in goes to infinity.

I converted a stunning portraiture lens for my EC, the 180mm f1/2.8 Sonnar by Carl Zeiss Jena Would be lovely to see some new adaptations here :) I'm thinking of adapting a lens from an old agfa 6x9 folder though.įor reference, I asked about this in the old groups and hunted these examples up:Īttaching antique projection lenses seems interesting~ the flange distance was only good for closeups though. I haven't -yet! or, actually I've tried putting a holga lens inside the mount. Thinking of a Kiev 88/Volna 80 (I used to have that set up) as a test. There are some medium format M42 lenses and there are M42->57mm adapters but if they are for a different camera design with a different film plane distance, it won't be ideal. So I am looking around to replace it and wondering if any other medium format lens can be adapted to fit. Right now it is stuck wide open, the aperture ring has become completely decoupled from the aperture blades, though the preview switch sort of works if you have the lens taken apart, for all the good that does. Everytime I think it's fixed, something else goes wrong. I have the 50, the normal (80?) and the decaying remnants of the 135.
